This option payment includes your one-time processing fee of $150 plus your first months rent $300.00 .  Please note at this level you are privy to our mentoring and professional development and hold voting rights within the Collab Exchange decision making ecosystem. Co-op member gets approx 50-75 sq/ft of creative retail space to make all your own.

The CoLLab Exchange is located in the historic HSW Building at 1123 Main Street, Bridgeport, just 1 block from the Fairfield County Courthouse.
